2023 GTA Wedding Venue Price Comparison

I've compiled a list of some popular golf clubs, farm wedding, and winery wedding venues within the GTA. These prices are approximate and you should reach out to the venue directly to get accurate up-to-date information.

When budgeting for your wedding, keep in mind how extra service charges and add-ons! Almost all plated service prices have additional HST and a mandatory 18% gratuity charge.

Many venues have optional upgrades that add up quickly (cocktail hour, open bar, extra bartenders, late night stations, or menu upgrades).

From my research, it seems like all-inclusive venues are cheaper. If you have to rent a venue and bring in a lot of outside vendors, there are so many extras you might not think about - travel fees for multiple staff members, audio rentals, linen rentals, glassware rentals, hiring a bartender, snd sometimes even portable washroom rentals! On top of that, there are so many more contracts to sign, more chaos and room for error on your big day, and you simply have to put your trust with a lot of people!

To save money, try reaching out to private golf clubs, ask for off-season deals, book a Sunday wedding instead of a Saturday, choose BBQ instead of plated service, and do cash bar instead of open bar.
